4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate, complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account.

5. Content Ownership and Use

You retain ownership of the content and deal information you submit to VectorBay, but you grant us a limited license to use, host, and display it for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.

6. Confidentiality and Non-Circumvention

Users agree not to circumvent VectorBay by directly contacting or transacting with connections facilitated through the platform unless expressly authorized.

7. Fees and Payment Terms

VectorBay does not charge fees to investors. Sponsors may be subject to listing or service fees, which will be clearly communicated prior to use.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

Our platform may include links to third-party services or tools. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of these third parties.

9. Disclaimers

All content provided on VectorBay is for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee investment performance, deal closure, or completeness of data.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VectorBay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to VectorBay at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Clearfield, Utah.
